To help every dancer feel confident, prepared, and free to move safely, we ask all recreational students to follow the guidelines outlined below. Wearing appropriate attire helps instructors provide proper feedback, supports classroom focus, and ensures dancers can perform their best.
Hair that reaches the forehead, ears, and beyond should be neatly secured in a bun, ponytail, braid(s), pins, or a headband. Keeping hair secured ensures that it doesn’t interfere with turning and movement overall. Loose hair can be distracting during class.
