Please note that ABC Studio & Activity Center, LLC does reserve the right to dismiss students from enrollment and prohibit continuation of dance classes at the discretion of the officers
without any reimbursement of fees. Also, for a student to participate in the annual dance recital at the end of the season, he/she must not miss any more than 25% of the scheduled classes in the final three months
leading up to the performance. If he/she misses more than 25% of the classes and therefore is not eligible to participate in recital, he/she will not be reimbursed for costume nor class fees. Also understand that
class fees are applied for children to attend the scheduled dance classes and class fees do not include the participation in recital. If a child intends on participating in the recital, his/her guardian is obligated to help
or provide a responsible adult to help, however needed, with the performance.
It is at the sole discretion of ABC Studio & Activity Center to determine the skill level of each student in their assigned classes. If ABC Studio & Activity Center feels that the student would benefit
from participation in a different level of class, ABC Studio & Activity Center will highly recommend that the student be moved to a different class.
By signing this registration form, I understand that photos and/or videos of my child may appear in promotional material for ABC Studio & Activity Center, LLC.
Class fees are due by the 7th of each month. Tumbling classes do not have registration fees.
A $10.00 late fee will be applied to any account of which payment is not received in full by the 7th of each month. A late notice will be given to you if payment is not received and the account current by the 20th of the
month. A suspension notice will be sent to you by the end of the month for any account not current. In the event that this would happen, all fees must be current before the student/students can return to class.
Fees remain the same for the month whether the month has 3 or 5 weeks of classes. There will not be make-up classes for classes missed due to bad weather. Costume Fees will vary per class based on the
instructors decision. Class and costume fees are non-refundable.
Neither ABC Studio & Activity Center, LLC nor the instructors are responsible for any accidents to the students, parents, and/or guests that may happen during class time, rehearsals, or performances at
the studio or any other facility. Each student is required to have his/her own accident insurance coverage. We have taken extra health and safety measures – for you, our other families and staff. An inherent risk of
exposure to any airborne pathogen, virus, etc. exists in any public place where people are present. According to the CDC, senior citizens and people with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By
participating in programs offered by ABC Studio & Activity Center, you voluntarily assume all risks related to any exposure.
